MURREE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Aug, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner, General Kamran Sagheer here on Monday directed relevant departments to intensify field activities and ensure strict implementation of anti-dengue standard operating procedures. He issued the directives while chairing a meeting held at the Deputy Commissioner's Office to review dengue prevention measures and preparedness. The participants reviewed measures taken so far to prevent the potential threat of dengue and discussed the future strategy. Kamran directed the departments concerned to identify potential dengue hotspots and complete fogging and larviciding activities on a priority. He also called for strengthening the public awareness campaign to educate citizens about precautionary measures against dengue and ensure effective implementation of preventive measures.
