It's inspired by the early days of a popular rock band. Going on limited cinema release this week is Nimrods, a new coming-of-age music comedy drama inspired by the early days of Green Day. Believing Analog Dogs have a chance to open for Green Day at an upcoming Los Angeles show, Tommy steals his brother’s car and takes his bandmates on a days-long road trip. While the journey quickly descends into chaos, the group do meet several interesting characters on the way to LA, including fellow young rocker Olivia (Mckenna Grace, Anniversary).
