AdvertisementThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), through Trade Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 11 August 2026, issued an advisory under paragraph 8.07(d) of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023 concerning Bhutanese entities M/s Legoy Powersports, Thimphu and M/s Druk A-Z Store, Thimphu. DGFT advised Export Promotion Councils, Regional Authorities, ECGC, Authorized Dealer Banks and other stakeholders to exercise heightened vigilance in dealings with the entities. However, despite repeated efforts and follow-up communications, no substantive response has been received from the concerned firms or the relevant authorities.
