The Appellant has filed the present Appeals dated 30th July 2026, challenging the communication of the Respondent, filed under the Right to Information Act (RTI Act). The RTI Act confers a right to access information as held by or under the control of a public authority. The information, therefore, attracts the exemption under section 8(1)(d) of the RTI Act. Furthermore, the Appellant has also contended that the CPIO failed to consider the applicability of Section 10 of the RTI Act, 2005.
