HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Aug, 2026) Director General health services Sindh Dr Perwez Ahmed Shaikh, accompanied by Additional Secretary Health Dr Hassan Bhugio, paid a detailed visit to Liaquat Medical College Hospital Hyderabad and inspected various wards and departments. According to the hospital’s media coordinator Asghar Ali Pathan, during the visit, the DG health services expressed satisfaction over the ongoing construction, renovation and beautification works in different wards of the hospital. Medical Superintendent Dr Syed Irshad Hussain Kazmi and other officers were also present on the occasion. The medical superintendent briefed the DG health services in detail about ongoing development projects, improvements in medical facilities and future healthcare infrastructure plans. Later, the DG health services and additional secretary health inspected the 24-hour pharmacy established in the ICU building.
