A large police search operation is underway in Stirling amid an ongoing incident. Police vehicles and a number of uniformed officers were spotted on St Mary’s Wynd shortly after 4pm. One witness told The Courier she saw several uniformed officers searching a grassed area normally accessible to the public close to steps that lead to St Mary’s Wynd. It is not known if anyone has been arrested or injured in connection with the police activity in Stirling.
