Billie Piper is set to reunite with Christopher Eccleston for a "legendary" new Doctor Who adventure. The audio drama, Doctor Who – The Ninth Doctor Adventures: False Friends, sees the pair reprise their roles as Rose Tyler and the Doctor, respectively. Set for release in October, the adventure follows the Doctor and Rose as they travel to a fake Earth after receiving a distress call. Eccleston played the Ninth Doctor in Russell T Davies' 2005 Doctor Who revival, alongside Piper, who later starred opposite David Tennant's Tenth Doctor.
