Vets practice destroyed in chip shop blaze planning Dunblane return

A Dunblane veterinary practice that was destroyed in the devastating chip shop fire has revealed plans to return to the town.
Broadleys Veterinary Practice was one of several premises gutted in the blaze that is thought to have started in a fryer at the neighbouring Chip Inn takeaway on Stirling Road in May.
Veterinary practice destroyed in the Dunblane fireIn the wake of the fire it has been operating temporarily out of its Stirling-based veterinary hospital, but a new planning application has revealed plans to return to Dunblane.
“There is an urgent need for the practice to return to Dunblane,” the planning statement added.
“This is not a permanent solution and the practice team are determined to return and reopen a new surgery in Dunblane.”
