Regions leadership changes announced Tuesday will elevate several executives as longtime Chief Administrative Officer Dave Keenan prepares to retire at the end of 2026. Birmingham-based Regions Financial Corp. said Kate Danella, currently head of Consumer Banking, will succeed Keenan as chief administrative officer. Keenan joined Regions predecessor AmSouth Bank in 2003 and has served as chief administrative officer since 2020. Danella joined Regions in 2015 and has held leadership positions spanning wealth management, strategy, client experience and consumer banking. Santone joined Regions in 2025 following executive human resources roles at AT&T and Turner Broadcasting System.
