In an effort to relieve some of their debts, the Steinbrenners and the New York Yankees have received a capital infusion through a deal with an arm of Apollo Global Management. Apollo Sports Capital, which has almost $1 trillion in assets under management, is giving Yankees Global Enterprises $2.6 billion.
