Manager Dean Donaldson has challenged new signing Lewis Pirie to use Inverurie Locos as a springboard to move back to a higher level. The 19-year-old attacker penned a two-year contract with the Railwaymen at the weekend and could feature in Wednesday’s Evening Express Aberdeenshire Cup first round tie against Elgin City at Harlaw Park. The 26-year-old said: “The cups are important for us and after winning the Highland League Cup last season we’d like to win another.
