Inverness locals have welcomed the ultimate refusal of plans to create 10 short-term lets in a city centre residential street.
But following an appeal from developer D C Properties, the decision was reviewed again today by Highland Council’s planning review body.
“We’re seriously concerned about short-term lets.
He told us he decided to join the campaign against the Ardconnel Terrace development after becoming aware of “how Airbnbs are disrupting communities”.
Meanwhile, Inverness Ness-side councillor Andrew MacKintosh said “the Crown area is already overburdened with short-term lets.”
