The Mayor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) Kashif Ali Shoro said the month of Rabiul Awal is observed with faith, reverence and enthusiasm in order to celebrate the birth of Holy Prophet (PBUH)HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Aug, 2026) The Mayor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) Kashif Ali Shoro said the month of Rabiul Awal is observed with faith, reverence and enthusiasm in order to celebrate the birth of Holy Prophet (PBUH). He said this while chairing a meeting at the Mayor's secretariat here on Monday, attended by Deputy Commissioner Zainul Abedin Memon and other officers besides representatives of religious groups which organize rallies and religious events in Rabiul Awal. Shoro said the staff of HMC and Hyderabad Water and Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) had been directed to ensure cleanliness around the mosques and routes of Rabiul Awal rallies throughout the month. He briefed the meeting about the infrastructure development projects which were being undertaken in Hyderabad with funds provided by the Sindh Government. Haji Gulshan-e-Elahi, Qari Ahmed Ali Saeedi, Ahsan Naghar, Javed Ali, Akram Qurseshi, Syed Muhammad Ishaq and Khalid Hassan Dhamra, among other organizers, attended the meeting.
