Joe Pilade and Vito Pilade have been given outline planning permission to build up to 22 homes on farmland off Laurels Road in Offenham. The plans state: "The application site itself extends to approximately 1.1 hectares and forms part of agricultural land associated with Valefresco. "This application proposes the construction of up to 22 dwellings, with a split of 40% affordable and 60% market housing. "There will be a mix and range of housing in terms of size and types to reflect local housing needs. "A new access is proposed from Laurels Road."
