LEAMINGTON will make the trip to the Channel Islands to face Guernsey FC in the inaugural Illum Davis Foundation Trophy this weekend, writes Jacob Scandrett. The support of the Illum Davis Foundation made Leamington’s trip to the island possible with the funding provided by the Foundation enabling the club to undertake the journey. Founded by the Illum Davis family in 2022, the Foundation is a grant-giving organisation which plays a key part in supporting charitable causes in both Warwickshire and Guernsey. Since its formation, the Foundation has made a wide impact over several organisations in both areas through continuous support. Organisations which have received help include Mollys Ollys, The Brakes Community Foundation, Our Jay Foundation and LWS Night Shelter in Warwickshire, along with the Guernsey Society for Cancer Relief and Art for Guernsey.
