The development is located in the Shivpuri-Rishikesh region, near the Himalayan foothills and the landscape surrounding the River Ganges. Fairmont properties in India include Fairmont Jaipur, Fairmont Mumbai and Fairmont Udaipur, with upcoming openings in Shimla Fagu, Goa and Agra. The brands include Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and ibis Styles.
