Glynn, representing England, lost a closely-contested bout after matching Lamboria punch-for-punch for much of the contest. Glynn said: “I’m quite disappointed to be fair, I thought I had done enough, but she’s a world champion. “This isn’t the end of Elise Glynn, it’s just the start. “I’m the sort of boxer that always gets the hardest draw, I’ve beaten the IBA World Champion and the number two already, so I’m up there with the best.”
