GP practices in the district are among the best in the country – and that’s official. Coventry and Warwickshire was ranked fourth in England – up two place on last year’s position – among the 36 health areas surveyed nationally in this year’s GP Patient Survey, which rates overall patient satisfaction. More than 2million patients registered with more than 6,200 GP practices nationwide were sent surveys. Coventry and Warwickshire achieved its ranking after four in five patients said their overall experience of their GP practice was good or very good. The survey found all practices across Coventry and Warwickshire offered online services through the NHS App, with nearly half of patients ordering online prescriptions.
