Position OverviewROC USA seeks an experienced, collaborative, and hands-on Controller to lead the organization’s accounting and financial reporting functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of ROC USA’s financial information and maintaining strong accounting policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. The Controller will oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for ROC USA and its subsidiaries and will play a key role in financial analysis, covenant monitoring, cash management, audit and compliance, financial policies and controls, and development of the accounting team. Accounting Policies, Controls & ComplianceMaintain and continuously improve a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. ROC USA has established an annual salary range of $130,000-$175,000 for the Controller position.
