Enid, OK - Celebration of Life Service for Charles Dewey Tappan, 91, will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Graceway Baptist Church, with Pastor Craig Bruyn officiating. He was an active member of the Graceway Baptist Church. Charles enjoyed traveling, NASCAR, old western movies, and was a devoted OU fan. Charles is survived by his children, Jim Tappan, Sherry Wilson, Veda Campbell, Kelly Underwood, and Curtis Tappan; fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to OMRF — Cancer or Graceway Baptist Church.
