DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Aug, 2026) The district police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested three suspects allegedly involved in robberies and recovered nine motorcycles from their possession in the Shorkot area. According to police, the suspects were traced and arrested during an operation carried out by Shorkot police on the instructions of District Police Officer Ziauddin Ahmed. The suspects were identified as Mero son of Salar, a resident of CRBC Chowk; Makhaz son of Muhammad Usman, a resident of Tank; and Jameel son of Naik Nawaz, a resident of Wanda Baloch. The police said seven 125 cc motorcycles and two 70 cc motorcycles were recovered from the suspects. The DPO appreciated the SHO Shorkot and his team for the action.
