THE TALENT and creativity of Warwickshire’s gaming industry will once again be under the spotlight in Leamington. The Interactive Futures free networking and careers event will return for the seventh year to the Royal Spa Centre in Newbold Terrace on Friday November 13 and Saturday November 14. The annual celebration of video games, organised by Warwick District and Warwickshire County Councils, celebrates the strength of the region’s internationally recognised games cluster, often referred to as ‘Silicon Spa’. There will be talks, workshops, networking and interactive experiences. WDC’s arts spokesperson Coun Ella Billiald said: “Interactive Futures has become an important opportunity to celebrate the creativity, innovation and talent that makes our region such a significant hub for games and digital industries.
