A planning application has been submitted for the erection of 106 dwellings on land to the south-west of Node Hill in Studley, according to a notice published by Stratford-on-Avon District Council. The application, reference 26/01623/FUL, was made by Lone Star Land Ltd. It proposes full planning permission for the homes, which fall under Use Class C3 (dwellinghouses), along with public open space, a children’s play area, a cycle path, landscaping and a sustainable drainage system. Access to the site would be taken from the A448 at Node Hill. The council’s notice states that the development would affect a public right of way.
