STRATFORD Town conceded an injury-time goal to start the season with a 1-1 draw against Worcester City. After Tre Mitford put the home side ahead in the first half at the Arden Garages Stadium, Josh Ezewele headed in an injury-time equaliser for the visitors. Worcester improved after the break as defender Charlie Wise twice failed to hit the target when left unmarked in the box. City remained on top in the closing stages as Josh Taroni’s late shot from range deflected behind for a corner. Stratford are next in action against Redditch United on Tuesday, August 11 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Arden Garages Stadium.
