In a significant crackdown on financial irregularities in cooperative institutions, Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday arrested Sarat Kumar Nayak, former Secretary of the Anandpur Service Co-operative Society (SCS), also known as PACS Banki in Kataka district.
According to the Vigilance investigation, Nayak collected loan repayment amounts directly from several borrower members of PACS Banki.
