A 5-week-old girl suffered skull fractures and other broken bones, injuries prosecutors allege were inflicted by her parents, according to court documents obtained by the NBC10 Investigators. Philadelphia police arrested Tyrone Jones, 22, and Secret McCleve-Sar, 21, both of Philadelphia, on Sunday, Aug. 9.
