Investigations are continuing into the killing of a woman whose body was found semi-nude inside an unlicensed vehicle near the John John Towers, South Quay, yesterday morning. Around 7 am yesterday, officers on patrol found Lewis’ body inside a black Isuzu 4×4 parked on a grassy vacant lot near the John John Towers. Upon checking, officers found that the passenger-side glass was shattered and Lewis was stretched across the passenger seat towards the driver’s seat. Police officials confirmed that Lewis usually slept in the truck and would peddle items to earn cash. They also confirmed that she had been incarcerated several times, with her most recent incarceration occurring last week.
