The deal, announced by Formula E, Disney+ and ESPN, will see every Formula E race weekend streamed live across 144 territories from the 2026/27 season.
The streaming deal is designed to expand Formula E’s global reach while retaining the Championship’s existing broadcast arrangements.
Dodds also suggested that the partnership could extend beyond simply showing races, with Formula E and Disney exploring further ways of working together.
The new agreement marks a major step in Formula E’s push to reach a wider global audience, with the Disney+ deal arriving at the same time as the Championship enters its GEN4 era.
