Great Britain goes with Adam Ramsay-Peaty on breaststroke over Angharad Evans, with both having another swim this evening as Evans is in the women’s 100 breast semi-finals and Ramsay-Peaty is in the men’s 100 breast final. Maaike de Waard remains on the leadoff leg, but 100 breast finalist Caspar Corbeau replaces Keon de Groot. They only made it through to the final after Italy were disqualified, but bring in Kaii Winkler, 2024 European 100 breast champion Melvin Imoudu, 2024 100 fly World champion Angelina Kohler, and Nina Holt.
