CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network’s (TSPN) Mid-Cumberland Region will host a panel discussion at Austin Peay State University on Sept. 4 focused on mental health, suicide prevention and ways community members can support themselves and others. Held during Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, the panel will bring together mental health professionals for a conversation about common mental health challenges, warning signs that someone may be struggling and community resources available to those who need support. “We’re bringing together mental health professionals to break down stigma and provide practical tools for supporting ourselves and each other.” TSPN is a statewide organization that provides suicide prevention training and resources to community-based organizations and businesses.
