NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - Patricia Gail Cook RaulsSeptember 20, 1940 - July 15, 2026Patricia Gail Cook Rauls passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, surrounded by her family. Patricia was the devoted mother of two daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Rauls Hillery (Sergei), and Caroline Leigh Rauls (Michael Carriere), and the loving grandmother of Caroline Rutherford Hillery and Jane Parker Hillery. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Charles DeVere Cook, Jr. and Ann Stephani Cook. Patricia was born on September 20, 1940 in Waco, Texas, to Charles DeVere Cook, Sr. and Wanda Elizabeth Maedgen Cook. We will miss her forever but are grateful for her beautiful life and example.
