Kenner, LA - Andre Joseph Roques, Jr. of Kenner, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the age of 83 in his home surrounded by family, including his dog, Buddy. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 56 years, Joy Ann Benoit Roques, his father, Andre Joseph Roques, Sr., mother, Doris Elizabeth Ruddock Roques, brother, Wayne Joseph Francis Roques, and numerous aunts and uncles. Andre is survived by his daughter, Jeanne Benoit Roques, son-in-law, Charles Paul Blanchard, grandchildren, Madeline Roques Blanchard and Charles Andre Blanchard, son, Andre Joseph Roques, III, and brother-in-law Ronald Benoit. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church, 3412 Haring Rd., Metairie, La.
