Metairie, LA - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Joseph McNulty III, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who died peacefully on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Ochsner Medical Center-Kenner. Born in New Orleans on November 6, 1941, to the late William Joseph McNulty Jr. and Myrtle Lind McNulty, William graduated from East Jefferson High School, attended LSUNO and went on to build a long and dedicated career. He was the devoted father of Whitney Patrick McNulty, Pam; Michael Scott McNulty, Louisa; and Matthew Todd McNulty. He was the proud grandfather of Evan Michael McNulty, Mya; Colin James McNulty, Diana; Olivia Claire Mendoza, Omar; Caitlin Anne Hardy, Anthony; Dylan Patrick McNulty, Haley; Jade Mikaelin Shelley; Molly Elise McNulty; and Joseph William "Joey" McNulty; all who brought him immense joy. William was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Richard Lind McNulty, husband of Janet McNulty.
