Louisville, KY - Dr. Wirt Rexford "Rex" Duff, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026, leaving behind a remarkable legacy as a devoted physician, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Born on March 7, 1934, in Poca, West Virginia, Rex was the son of the late Nova and O'Dair Duff. He is survived by his half-brother, Freeman O. Duff, and his half-sister, Kim Duff. Children: Rex Duff of Columbia, Maryland; Deborah Duff Greenberg (Richard) of Louisville, Kentucky; Don Ryan Duff (Karen) of Louisville, Kentucky; Angela Duff Hogan of Suffolk, Virginia; Andre Duff (Susan) of Louisville, Kentucky; Lara Duff of Los Angeles, California; and Lance Duff (Holly) of Denver, Colorado.
