Georgetown, Kentucky - Opal Allene Loar, 78, of Georgetown, KY, lovingly known as "Ennie," passed away on July 28, 2026, at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY.Born in Ashland, Kentucky, Ennie was the daughter of Kenneth and Esther Whitt. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Mike Loar of Georgetown, KY; two sons, Andy (Kathy) Loar of Georgetown and Jason (Sheila) Loar of Hebron, Maryland; two grandsons, Ryan and Austin; two granddaughters, Alexa and Abbey; two sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Ennie will be held 1:00 PM Saturday August 1, 2026 at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum by Gary Loar.
