A «Hazardous Cargo» raid is underway in Jeti-Oguz district of Issyk-Kul region to prevent road accidents involving vehicles transporting dangerous substances. According to the Main Traffic Safety Department, officers are inspecting vehicles carrying fuel and lubricants, gas, toxic substances and other hazardous cargo. During the raid, inspectors are checking whether drivers have the required documents, the technical condition of the vehicles and compliance with safety requirements. Drivers found to be in violation will face measures in accordance with the law.
