The sanctuary often experiences overwhelming demand, creating a crowded, chaotic atmosphere reminiscent of a busy highway service station rather than a peaceful animal haven. On multiple occasions, I have been forced to turn around and abandon my visit entirely due to the sheer volume of traffic. I would like to publicly urge management to consider a compromise: introducing a modest, flat parking fee of £2 for the main car park, while keeping the overspill field entirely free of charge. This token payment could directly fund much-needed infrastructure improvements, such as resurfacing the heavily degraded main car park. A small parking fee could help regulate peak-time congestion while actively improving the site infrastructure for everyone.
