The case was among a number of matters heard at Salisbury Magistrates' Court recently. Sonnie Kerley, 36, of Randalls Croft, Wilton, Salisbury, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence, after an incident in Salisbury on May 28, 2026, in which he used threatening words towards a woman. He was also sentenced for using a motor vehicle without third-party insurance on Bingham Road, Salisbury, on June 27, 2026, for which no separate penalty was imposed, though his driving record was endorsed. Ramy Almohtadi, 21, of York Road, Salisbury, admitted driving with a controlled drug above the specified limit after he was found to have cocaine in his blood while driving a Skoda Fabia on Odstock Road, Salisbury, on December 24, 2025. When he appeared at Salisbury Magistrates' Court for sentencing on July 31, the court took his guilty plea into account and imposed no separate penalty.
