Florin Fustei, 29, of Castle Road in Salisbury, is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent, resulting in facial fractures, on May 20, 2025. Fustei is alleged to have unlawfully and maliciously assaulted another man, causing grievous bodily harm. He appeared at Salisbury Crown Court on August 5, where he pleaded not guilty. He will stand trial at Salisbury Crown Court on April 26, 2027. The trial is expected to last four days.
