John Joyce (33), whose address was given in court as unknown, is charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding a woman with intent to cause her grievous bodily harm. He is also charged with attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to a seperate woman, assaulting her occasioning actual bodily harm, and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to John Joyce. Joyce is further charged with aggravated burglary with intent to commit grievous bodily harm to persons therein by entering an address at Trasna Way, Lisnaskea, allegedly armed with machetes. He also faces a charge of possessing offensive weapons, namely machetes, with intent to commit grievous bodily harm. When the cases were called at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday, they were adjourned until August 17.
