Havens hospices’ Re:loved shop on Leigh Road will mark its 30th anniversary with special events on August 14 and August 15. The shop has spent 30 years selling pre-loved items while raising money to help fund specialist care and support for people living with incurable conditions across south Essex. To mark the occasion, the first 30 customers through the doors on each day will receive a surprise discount. Havens hospices provides care for babies, children, young people and adults, as well as support for their families. A spokesman for Havens Hospices said: “Our Re:loved by Havens Hospices shop on Leigh Road is celebrating a very special milestone - 30 years of preloved treasures, brilliant bargains, and amazing support from our local community.
