Charleston, WV (WOAY) The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help finding a missing South Charleston woman. She has a rose tattoo on her shoulders and a Hello Kitty tattoo on her chest. Law enforcement last had contact with her on February 8, when she was in the Sand Plant Road area of South Charleston. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Sergeant Adams at 304-357-0169, or a Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office detective at 304-357-0556.
