Offending is alleged to have occurred on various dates between June 12 and September 2 2024. A detective constable aware of the facts if the case previously told Dungannon Magistrates Court the charges could be connected. At the most recent sitting a prosecuting lawyer advised the matter has been directed to proceed on indictment. District Judge Francis Rafferty remanded Gamble on continuing bail of £500 and ordered her to have no contact by any means with the alleged victim as well as another named witness.
