The Brief A 33-year-old Seattle woman died Monday morning after exiting a moving car and being struck by another vehicle on northbound Interstate 5 in Federal Way.
Washington State Patrol troopers responded to the crash around 12:17 a.m. near South 272nd Street, where both drivers involved stopped on the right shoulder.
