Although The Nairn Ceilidh Group is set to host its grand finale on Thursday, August 20, the next session on the eve of Nairn Highland Games at the Nairn Community and Arts Centre this week (August 13) is expected to be “packed to the rafters”. The Ceilidh Group was formed in 1988 and since then has disbursed thousands of pounds to local deserving causes. “The audiences are fantastic and last week I spoke to a couple from Leeds who attended their first ever ceilidh.
