The photo showed three people on the roof of what appeared to be a bus stop shelter. Besides those on the roof, several other people were also seen standing around at the bus stop, with a bicycle parked nearby. They noted that danger extends beyond those on top of the bus stop shelter, as bystanders below also risk potentially getting hurt.
