Rover, around two years old and neutered, is being cared for by Morgan's Dog Rescue in Alston, Cumbria. He came into the rescue with his brother Shep and the pair are kennelled together, but staff are now looking for separate, collie‑experienced rural homes for each dog. Rover is typical of his breed, bright, busy and needing an outlet for his energy and intelligence. "With the right person, Rover will make a fantastic companion and really enjoy having a job to do," a volunteer said.
