Richard Brown has been charged with causing death by careless driving. Brown, of Pye's Yard, Norwich, has previously denied causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving. At a hearing held at Norwich Crown Court on Monday (August 10), a trial, expected to last six or seven days, was fixed for February 22 next year.
