Man spared jail for stalking woman and threatening to 'firebomb' her house

This was to be sentenced for five offences – all of which the 24-year-old pleaded guilty to.
The first was stalking without fear, alarm or distress, which took place between June 4 and June 27 in Warrington.
There were also two counts of criminal damage, both relating to a property in Woolston belonging to the victim.
Finally, he was sentenced for harassment, breach of a restraining order, after he sent a different woman a friend request on Snapchat, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed in March 2024.
He must also complete 200 hours of unpaid work and up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
