On Tuesday, August 11, Yate Shopping Centre will host a free graffiti name board workshop led by Graft Community CIC, a Bristol-based non-profit founded by mural artists Rob and Sophie Wheeler. Graft specialises in collaborative mural projects and public art, working with underserved communities to celebrate local history, identity, and environment through creative workshops and installations. In addition to hosting the event, the shopping centre will make a donation to support Graft’s ongoing work. As part of the event, Yate Shopping Centre will be making a donation to Graft Community CIC, supporting the organisation's inspiring work across Bristol and the surrounding areas. Graft regularly collaborates with schools, disability groups, and charities, delivering accessible, inclusive creative sessions for people of all ages and backgrounds.
